Most renovation problems aren't construction problems — they're communication problems. A scope that was never written down, a price that was never itemized, a schedule nobody committed to. Our process is built to remove those problems before the first tool comes out of the truck.

  • Written scope, written price. Every job starts with an itemized quote you can read line by line — and one quote number means one total.
  • Changes in writing. If the job changes, the price change is agreed before the extra work starts, never after.
  • Permits & inspections respected. Work is done to code and inspected properly — shortcuts today become your problem tomorrow.
  • A site you'd show a customer. Barriers, dust control and daily cleanup, especially when your business stays open during the work.
  • A walkthrough before final payment. We go through the finished space together and note anything that needs attention.
